ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JULY 27, 2006

7:00 P. M. Called meeting to order. Present: Richie Gorden, Ellen Abelson and Mark

Mazur

1. The Board reviewed several abatement applications for farm plate excise. They

granted three and denied one for each of the three years of the applications,

2004, 2005 and 2006.

2. The Board discussed a revision in the figure that will be used for subdividable

lots. The valuing of subdividable lots is a new requirement that the state has

instituted for fiscal year 2007.

3. The Board signed an LA-4 form for fiscal year 2007.

4. The Administrative Assessor discussed the status of our fiscal year 2007

certification review which is going on this week.

5. The Board decided to have Richard Gorden sign the payroll during the next two weeks

while chairman Ellen Abelson is away on vacation.
